DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Since I have been with 10 Federal they have raised the rent 6 times in 3 years. They raised the rent again in April of 2024 and they just sent another increase yesterday. Ive gone from $96 per unit per month from when I started to now they want $177 per unit. The kicker is that they have the same units I have (10x20) listed for $133 per month on 2 different websites. So rather than lowering the rent for customers who have paid their rent on time for 3 years you want to raise the rent but give new customers a lower rent.

Reserved a unit online. Very easy. Went to location to complete the sign-up, but no people to assist.. only a kiosk. Let me pull up my account, but then nothing! Couldn't complete the information and payment. Had to go home and wasn't even able to do it on the computer. Called and got assistance there to complete everything and get the payment started. Got everything accomplished, got my entry code and my lock code. Moved in on my scheduled day. The unit was very clean.

Easy sign up process even though the whole thing is done online and there is no actual person available at the location to rent units from from. The facility is very clean more or less spotless. Pricing is a little on the high side but they do have power and the units and lights inside.

Only problem I had was the internet kept kicking my out like 4 times and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t move as planned So I called and did everything over the phone with a person and moved 1 day later

Same Day sign up, all i had to do was call and they gave me the code to the gate to see the locker size i wanted. I signed up on the phone and signed the papers over email it was simple.
