I rented from from them and in 6 months they increased from the $108 to $128 to now $138, saying in contract they reserve the right to raise the price at any time. Also, supplied rental insurance paperwork and was still charged for thier insurance for 6 months on my autopay... they are a rip off. Please beware!

The manager said that I could use my own personal property insurance if I showed proof of coverage. When I returned with a copy of my insurance policy I was already charged for their insurance and I couldn't get a refund.

There should be an option to upgrade your storage space. especially for those who have never moved before and might have misjudged their space or at least allow customersto to see space size before they pay for something too small and cant change it without losing money.

I was very pleased with the service and location at Life Storage at 410 W. South Street. The facility had a great website and I was able to make a reservation online for a storage unit with ease. Upon arriving at the unit to finish the paperwork for the unit, the Assistant Manager Michael greeted me. Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me. The price for the unit was reasonable and I liked that Life Storage offered an incentive of 3 months free at the time. Very nice facilty. Great!
