Complicated reservation process. Made 7 calls and left multiple messages. Went to onsite office to resolve issues. Onsite office closed for renovations and gate not working so gate remains open going on multiple days now. Discount on rental showed up on invoice one day, no longer showed up the next day when I called customer service (in Texas) to process payment for exact same unit since no one in the office to take payment in person.

Great customer services. Very detail, and listen to your concerns and questions. Every time I need to go to the office I get a respectful greeting, after " what can I do for you" with a genuine smile. No like, when you feel you are interrupting and with a long face "what can I do for you". Attitude goes a long away and is nice to find a positive, friendly environment at garner location. I Highly recommend.

Unexpected events cause me to pack and be ready to move in less than 3 weeks! Living in my current condo for 3 years , I accumulated tons of stuff!!! Of course I needed a storage to put some of my items in because I am moving in with someone temporarily, confused and frustrated I went to this location and met Katie!!! She was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She showed me 2 units to choose from , explained the rental process all in 15mins!!! She made it so easy and stress free!!!! When you are stressed out people like Katie take the additional stress off of you by offering kindness & knowledge! It may be small but it was so much more to me!!! Thanks Katie again for making everything a smooth process !!!!!!
