Reservation was easy. Finishing the purchase at the kiosk was super simple. I ran into an issue with my access code not being transmitted to the gate - believe the Wi-Fi was down. Customer Service and the local manager were great and helped me get in.

My angel had big lego sets and build a bear dolls that she named that i gave her during special times in her life. My sons swing and crib and all over my dishes and living room suit. He gave me $500 for the mattress and i thought that was the only damage but the mice got in the boxes damaging 90% of our stuff. I had to deal with this heartless company They took my stuff and threw it out. I hope there kids and family experience the same hatred and ugliness they showed to me and my family

Selfstorage.com got me in contact with the closes storage "Swift Creek", and made my reservation. I called Rick to walk me thru the self service process when I got there. It so happens the Mgr "Larry" was there checking out some stuff and had already got info from Rick and had everything about ready for me to rent the 10 x 10. It was quick and professional.
